PERSONAL ATTENTION We encourage you to accompany our inspectors and discuss your specific concerns with them. Plan on 2 to 3 hours (for an average size house). Repairs and maintenance notes will be in the report but you may want to bring a pad and pen for personal notes. REPORTS THAT ARE CLEAR AND CONCISE Our state of the art reporting system, The HomeBook, provides you with an easy to read report, which details all major systems and structures. This comprehensive reporting package is an internationally recognized standard in the home inspection industry. The HomeBook categorizes the major components of your home, identifies problems, puts them into perspective and provides recommended solutions. The report is backed by authoritative reference sources should you desire additional information. A life expectancy and replacement cost guide is included to help you plan and budget. A pre-closing walk through guide is provided for your use during this important step of your home purchase. EXPERIENCE Our inspectors are among the most experienced in the industry with over 30,000 inspections performed. Our personnel are appropriately licensed for home inspections and/or radon testing. Termite inspection reports are provided on an industry standard FHA/VA form. All of our inspectors are New Jersey licensed home inspectors and are ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certified inspectors or associates. Our inspectors maintain up to date knowledge through our in-house continuing education program and other industry related seminars and publications. Our inspectors will answer follow-up questions by telephone at no extra charge to you. CONVENIENCE All of your inspection requirements can be scheduled with one phone call. Inspections are performed 6 days a week. Upon completion of the home inspection, you will be given your copy of The HomeBook reporting system. The perspective summary of the major concerns will be faxed or mailed to you the next business day. No more waiting days for a copy of your inspection report. Two additional copies of the report and summary will be e-mailed or faxed at your direction, usually to your attorney or realtor. Our customer service department is available to answer your questions and meet your specific needs - before and after the inspection. The inspection is non-intrusive, which means systems are not disassembled and holes are not cut into walls, floors, and ceilings. A home inspection is not intended to be technically exhaustive.
